These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bulls Corner Premium products and services offered through Whop (the "Store"), including Discord community access, live trading sessions, alerts, educational videos, masterclasses, PDFs, checklists, and other digital content (collectively, the "Services").
By purchasing, subscribing, starting a free trial, or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
All content provided through the Services is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
We do not provide individualized recommendations. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and outcomes. Trading involves significant risk, including the possible loss of all capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
The Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis and may include a 7-day free trial. If you start a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Billing is processed through Whop and/or its payment processors. You authorize recurring charges according to the subscription plan selected.
You can cancel at any time through your Whop account (app or website). Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges already processed.
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to proprietary materials, we do not offer refunds once a billing cycle has been processed and access has been granted.
This includes, without limitation: forgetting to cancel, not using the Services, dissatisfaction with results, or misunderstanding how the subscription works.
If you are on a free trial, it is your responsibility to cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid charge, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Services, including Discord access, without notice.
We may submit evidence to Whop and/or the payment processor to contest chargebacks, including proof of access, login records, and delivery of digital content.
You agree to behave respectfully and follow all community rules, including rules posted in Discord or in the Store.
Prohibited conduct includes harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, spam, scamming, impersonation, sharing private information, or any behavior that disrupts the community.
We reserve the right to remove content, mute, restrict, or ban users at our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without refund.
All content, materials, branding, and intellectual property associated with Bulls Corner Premium (including videos, documents, alerts, templates, charts, recordings, and written materials) are owned by Bulls Corner Investments Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written permission.
Your subscription is for personal, individual use only. Sharing logins, distributing content, or reselling any part of the Services is strictly prohibited.
We may revoke access immediately for violations and may pursue further remedies, including legal action, where appropriate.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including content formats, schedules, and community access.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by Whop, Discord, payment processors, or third-party outages.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee any specific results, profitability, win rate, or performance. Your results will vary based on your experience, risk tolerance, execution, market conditions, and other factors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulls Corner Investments Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the most recent billing period.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks, or abusive behavior.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
